Embody You Program

Have you yearned for something more?

The 3-month Embody You 1:1 container will guide you to meeting the facets of yourself that we often push to the side because of uncomfortable feelings or “lack of time."

In Embody You, we uncover and re-discover our awareness and ability to acknowledge our emotions and feelings, our capacity for pleasure, and our desire to respect ourselves and our body, and bring to light our inner truth and knowing.

During our 3-month container, we will meet for a 1:1 session each week for 3 weeks, and during week 4 of each month you will receive your choice of an Integrative Pelvic Health® session, Somatic Movement/Ecstatic Dance, or Goddess Yoga session for additional exploration and integration.

During our weekly sessions, we will work together to unravel any frozen tension that may be surrounding you and your desires for an embodied relationship with yourself. We will work together to create realistic and attainable goals that will help you integrate and embody the beautiful soul that is You!

Month 1- Awareness & Acknowledgement

During the first month, we focus on finding safety and comfort in discovering and feeling the felt senses and we explore possibilities and navigate personal truths. During the first 3 weeks, we work on developing our intuitive muscle through self-guided movement practices and daily journaling. A playlist will be provided along with journal prompts. With daily movement and journaling, we start to build our baseline for intuitive feeling as our focus is coming back to our bodies and ourselves.

During this first month, we will gently prove to ourselves that we do have the time and capacity for this introspection and self-care. You will learn to cultivate new habits - instead of reaching for the phone for numbing (scrolling, games, etc.) or turning on the TV to binge a show - you will carve out time to become intimate with yourself and your feelings and emotions. During this first month, it is asked that you give yourself at least 10 minutes a day to tune into yourself with journaling and movement.

During the 4th week, we will incorporate an Integrative Pelvic Health® session or a movement-based session for additional exploration. The rest of that week is used for integration and processing.

Month 2 - Pleasure & Respect

During the second month, we focus on embodied pleasure and building stronger connections with the parts of ourselves that we might feel disconnected from. We work on our boundaries and increase our capacity for loving ourselves as we are.

During the first 3 weeks, we work on developing our pleasure capacity through self-guided dance/moving meditation practices and daily journaling. A playlist will be provided along with journal prompts. With daily movement and journaling, we start to increase our baseline for finding joy in pleasure and comfort with our touch.

During Month 2, each week will include becoming more intimate with our belly, our breasts, and our womb/yoni. You can choose which to devote time to each week, which may be cycle-based. The idea behind this is that we typically hesitate to claim these areas as “ours” or we simply avoid them because we are uncomfortable with them due to inherited/societal views. The goal each week would be to incorporate a minimum 5-minute meditation, self-massage, or simply place our hands on the area of focus and let the area receive an acknowledgment.

This month may be viewed as more challenging because of this additional layer of personal work, but the idea is to curate more respect for our bodies and ourselves as a whole. A minimum of 10 minutes is asked, and if there is the time at least once each week to bump it up to 20-30 so one can fully immerse themselves in their embodiment practice, that will be encouraged.

During the 4th week, we will incorporate an Integrative Pelvic Health® session or a movement-based session for additional exploration. The rest of that week is used for integration and processing.

Month 3 - Inner Truth & Knowing

During the third month, we focus on magnifying your desires and carving out your path for your version of embodied living.

During the first 3 weeks, we work on cultivating our desires through self-guided dance/moving meditation practices and daily journaling. A playlist will be provided along with journal prompts. By getting in touch with our felt senses through movement and journaling daily, we start to establish connections with what our body and soul truly desire.

This month is all about embracing and uncovering our inner truth and knowing. Tuning into what we truly desire and wish to experience in life. It brings together Months 1 and 2 and asks you to bring your desires to the forefront so you can fully honor and respect yourself.

Keeping up with the minimum of 10 minutes a day to devote to your embodiment practice, you should now feel comfortable and confident in knowing that you can tune into yourself and your desires within a very accessible timeframe.

During the 4th week, we will incorporate an Integrative Pelvic Health® session or a movement-based session for additional exploration. The rest of that week is used for integration and processing.

What Happens Next?

By the end of our final month together you should be feeling a deeper connection with yourself and your desires. You should also have a clearer understanding of what you personally need to feel more in tune with your felt senses. Your capacity for experiencing pleasure and exploring your creative sense will be greater.  You will come away with more respect for who you are and will be able to show yourself more kindness and compassion throughout your daily life.

Our work together establishes a baseline each month that should provide a stable and secure foundation upon which to grow, experience, and learn. Consistent movement and journaling are recommended to create a habit and prioritize YOU during a portion of each day. 10 minutes a day is all you need to work your embodiment muscle!

It is important to commit to yourself and create time to do the 5-minute journals and dance/moving meditation practices on a daily basis. The only way that you can truly Embody YOU is to show up for yourself and hold yourself accountable. In doing so you will create a stronger relationship with your felt senses and intuition. Your relationship with your body will blossom and experiencing pleasure will feel authentic. You'll have the capacity for honoring your body, your seasons, and your creativity.

This program is designed to provide you with the tools to create a solid embodiment foundation. You may commit to this program as many times as you wish, as in each round you will discover and rekindle more inner truth and knowing that will allow you to experience a more embodied life.
